Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

ARs:

- Mike update ver6_1_known_issues with Curtis Clark findings.
  - Mike reported that this was done.

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No report


IBIS Parser Contract:

- Bob Ross reported that he was waiting for the financial authorization vote before moving ahead.

Other initiatives:

- Mike LaBonte suggested reviewing previous project to see if any should be reinstated.
  - Past projects have included Test Data/Load enhancements and correlation.
- Mike asked if we had any known users of tschk.
- Bob Ross said he uses it.
  - He noted that several companies have bought the parser.
- Mike asked if we have open bugs against tschk2.
- Bob said we do have open bugs, but no one easily available to fix them.
- Bob said Touchstone 2 is not getting traction.
- Mike said many existing Touchstone files have issues.
